Summary: The Human Resources Specialist supports data-driven workforce planning and manpower optimization across the F-35 JPO. This position provides strategic development of workforce planning, personnel lifecycle management, and manpower optimization to ensure alignment with mission requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct manpower analysis and workforce forecasting Develop dashboards and reports from DR database Identify staffing gaps and inefficiencies Support leadership decision-making with analytics Track and complete:

Organizational charts Recall rosters Workforce reporting metrics

Supports in-processing and out-processing operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency Provides input for HR SOPs, policies, and process improvements Supports workforce trend analysis and forecast staffing requirements Minimum Qualifications BA/BS in Business, HR, or related discipline 5+ years of HR/manpower experience Experience supporting DoD or federal workforce programs Knowledge of manpower planning, workforce analytics, and HR systems Desired Familiarity with federal HR and manpower regulations Knowledge and experience in the coordination and development of FMS manpower requirements packages Experience in developing and managing formal task management processes and toolsets Accredited HR certification a plus Benefits We Have to Offer: Health, Dental, and Vision Disability & Life Insurance 401K Retirement Plan PTO and 11 federal holidays Tuition Assistance Competitive salary based on experience and technical qualifications Travel Required: Occasional
