The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the voice of Heart and the first impression our customers receive. This role is critical to our successresponsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, booking service appointments, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls with professionalism, energy, and empathy Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments with accuracy and urgency Enter and manage customer information in CRM systems Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to optimize scheduling efficiency Handle customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring resolution and satisfaction Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and maintenance reminders Maintain knowledge of services, promotions, and service areas Deliver a high-level customer experience on every call Support weekend and after-hours coverage as part of a rotating team schedule Schedule Expectations
Availability required 7 days per week Must be open to flexible scheduling, including weekends, and some holidays Overtime opportunities may be available in accordance with Colorado law Qualifications
1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred Home service industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus Service Titan Experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and scheduling platforms Reliable, punctual, and adaptable Compensation & Benefits (Colorado-Compliant)
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00
$30.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, performance, and internal equity Overtime paid in accordance with Colorado wage and hour laws Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Work Environment
