As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service Take customer orders and provide pricing information Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery Generate business leads and communicate opportunities to sales Create orders, procure loads, negotiate, and resolve shipment issues Update customers on shipment status via phone and email This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:
