Video Producer/Editor
Our client seeks a Part Time (roughly 20 hours per week) Video Producer/Editor to support corporate communications for innovation and technology initiatives. The role blends technical coaching for self-recorded content with end-to-end post-production to deliver polished internal videos. The producer will guide stakeholders on virtual recording best practices and uphold brand consistency while shaping concise, engaging stories.

Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for associates recording their own virtual content, troubleshooting setups and advising on lighting and audio to ensure high-quality raw captures.
- Execute end-to-end edits for virtual-style videos, including pacing, B-roll integration, lower thirds, and brand consistency.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to interpret objectives from Tech and Innovation teams and translate them into clear visual stories.
Experience Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with After Effects for lower thirds and basic titles; Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Experience with remote recording platforms and ability to coach non-technical contributors.
- Demonstrated patience and on-camera coaching skills for executives and technical leaders.
- Ability to create within brand guidelines while communicating internal tech and innovation topics with clarity.
- Calm problem-solving under time constraints for technical issues during recordings.
- Ability to deliver efficient, clean edits that preserve narrative intent.
- Interest in innovation and technology trends.
