Technical Writer

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Writer to join our team and support the Manufacturing group. This role involves creating and maintaining Batch records and FDA submittal documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Batch records and FDA submittal documents for the Manufacturing group.
• Ensure all documentation complies with GMP and GLP standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory and manufacturing teams to gather and interpret technical information.
• Edit and review documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain document control processes and ensure consistency across all documentation.
• Provide word processing support for Batch Records.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in GMP, GLP, and manufacturing documentation standards.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills.
• Experience with document control and regulatory documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing and editing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in regulatory environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment:

The role involves working closely with the manufacturing and regulatory teams, requiring a high level of collaboration and communication. The work environment is fast-paced and detail-oriented, ensuring all documentation meets strict compliance standards.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
