UGC Creator (Freelance)

At Mimo, we're giving beginners the knowledge and tools to build production-ready software and get a job as a software developer.

We're looking for freelance UGC creators who know how to create entertaining, inspiring, relatable, or even absurd content that showcases how Mimo makes becoming a software developer feel accessible and worthwhile in the age of AI.

What you'll do:

• Create short-form videos that:
• Grab attention within 3 seconds
• Tell authentic narratives
• Inspire people to start using Mimo

You'll focus on TikTok and cross-post to Instagram and YouTube. You'll get creative briefs from us, but we also love it when you pitch your own concepts.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for:

• You've created short-form videos before (for yourself or for brands)
• You know how to use hooks, trends, and storytelling to keep people watching
• You're comfortable shooting, editing, and delivering ready-to-post content

Compensation

If you're accepted and we commission videos from you, you'll get $50 per video. Once a video reaches 100,000 views, you earn $1 per additional 1,000 views (measured within the first 14 days).

How you can join

1. Create a short video: Recreate an example video from ugc.mimo.org, featuring Mimo
2. Upload the video: Post the video on your personal TikTok account or create a new TikTok account
3. Submit your application: Submit your contact details and a link to your TikTok video

If your video is promising, we'll invite you to create up to 5 videos per week. You'll receive $50 per video and viral bonuses of up to $2,500 per video.
