About the Job:
The Senior Graphic Designer, Global Brand Creative, is responsible for expertly crafting design solutions that are rooted in conceptual thinking and can be extended across multiple touchpoints in the omni-channel consumer journey. They will partner with the Art Director to enhance and expand the visual design communication of any given project while maintaining a brand-right visual tone of voice. They will mentor and inspire designers to deliver against brand goals in a modern and soulful Taco Bell way.

The Day-to-Day:
Provide design and conceptual solutions that result in cohesive messaging and branding aligned to the creative strategy
Drive design for a creative category team, and contribute to the creative process of a project from concept to completion
Build cross‑functional relationships to grow a healthy and collaborative environment
Uphold creative excellence on all projects big or small
Effectively communicate and present creative ideas and design rationale
Collaborate with the copywriting team to develop concepts and copy that align with the brand and maintain the right tone
Partner with creative operations to ensure execution against creative briefs, creative review process, and deadlines
Be a leading team member of best‑in‑class creatives
Understand the unique creative approaches required to support category and pillar strategies
Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, design tools and industry best practices
Contribute to the still and motion creation process from creative strategy to post production
Participate in photo shoots to gain insights from senior creative leaders and take on directing responsibilities as needed

Is this you?
5+ years of design experience
BA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Skills:
Strong problem‑solving skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate creative concepts & vision
Strong understanding of design as a vehicle for communication
Ability to achieve business objectives through design
Superior storyteller, ability to sell ideas via strong presentation skills, collaboration, and feedback
Positive source of inspiration and leading by example
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keynote Mindset & Behaviors
Mindset & Behaviors:
Accountability for creative output and ability to drive the creative process
Vulnerability to ask for help in an efficient and timely manner when needed
Makes informed decisions based on consumer insights and analytics
Willing to implement feedback and push the work from concept to completion

Salary Range: $109,400 to $128,600 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
