Summary Delta Star Inc. is seeking a creative, technically skilled Multimedia Producer to plan, produce, edit, and deliver high‑quality photo and video content that elevates employee engagement, training, and development across the organization. What You'll Do As a Multimedia Producer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how employees learn, connect, and engage with Delta Star’s culture and initiatives. You’ll partner closely with HR, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful multimedia content. From filming and editing to creative direction and brand storytelling, you’ll bring training and internal communications to life through compelling visuals. A Day in the Life Your day may include storyboarding a new training video, filming an employee spotlight, editing footage with branded animations, or capturing photography for onboarding materials. You’ll coordinate shoots, manage production equipment, optimize content for the LMS and internal platforms, and collaborate with internal and external creatives. You’ll consistently bring new ideas, experiment with emerging techniques, and drive creative vision across a wide range of multimedia projects. Specific Duties Plan, shoot, and edit videos supporting training, internal messaging, and employee engagement. Capture high‑quality photography for onboarding, training materials, and communications. Collaborate with HR and L&D to turn strategic initiatives into compelling visual content. Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Internal Communications teams to maintain cohesive brand storytelling. Optimize multimedia for various platforms including LMS, presentations, and internal systems. Edit video content including cuts, color correction, audio balancing, graphics, and basic animation. Develop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for video projects. Manage multiple multimedia projects from concept to final delivery. Coordinate shooting schedules, locations, and equipment needs. Ensure multimedia projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities. Operate and maintain video, photo, audio, and lighting equipment. Recommend workflow improvements and enhance production processes. Stay current with multimedia trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and trainers. Provide creative feedback to improve training quality and learner engagement. Support cross‑functional multimedia needs as required. Define and drive the creative vision for learning and internal content. Oversee development of L&D multimedia assets from concept to execution. Partner with internal and external teams to deliver best‑in‑class creative work. Explore new techniques and technologies to elevate creative output. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a multimedia professional with strong technical production skills, creative storytelling ability, and a passion for improving the employee learning and engagement experience. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 3–5 years of multimedia production experience. Extensive experience with professional photography and videography. Proficiency with Nikon or Sony equipment. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom). Strong understanding of lighting, color management, and RAW formats. Proven experience in a creative multimedia role. Strong understanding of platforms, trends, and content strategies for engagement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences. Collaborative mindset; comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. High attention to detail with the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Analytical thinker with strong initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
