We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our value adding Distribution center. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our DC - giving you the ability to float where needed. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available. Key Responsibilities: Build wooden shipping crates to accurate dimensions using basic carpentry tools, including automated upcut saws and table saws. Accurately process outgoing orders, ensuring proper fit, stability, and labeling of crated products. Cut lumber and plywood to correct length and width specifications. Safely load and organize outgoing shipments on designated trucks. Receive, handle, and organize incoming materials with attention to inventory control and workstation cleanliness. Maintain a well-organized work area and ensure all tools are used and stored correctly. Collaborate with team members to execute efficient and accurate workflows throughout the day. Use power tools and equipment with a strong commitment to safety protocols. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures, helping maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and cross-functional team needs.
