Cybersecurity Lead

Leads cybersecurity and RMF activities to maintain system ATO compliance and ensure secure operation of MDMC Digital Depot systems. Requirements Responsibilities Serve as ISSO/Validator and manage RMF lifecycle activities Maintain ATO documentation and compliance Conduct vulnerability assessments (ACAS, STIG implementation) Perform CVSS scoring and develop security assessment reports Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and standards Support continuous monitoring and incident response Coordinate with Marine Corps cybersecurity authorities Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years USMC RMF experience OR 8+ years RMF experience without degree CISSP or DoD 8570 equivalent certification USMC Certified Validator (IC4) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting MCEN or Marine Corps systems Familiarity with cloud and DevSecOps security Security Requirement Active SECRET clearance (required) Benefits Since 1993, ITP has been providing reliable, cost-effective solutions to meet our customers’ goals and objectives in the commercial and public marketplace.
