Jewelry Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their jewelry purchasing journey.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and guidance on jewelry selection, customization, and purchasing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
Conduct virtual consultations to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Travel as needed to meet clients for in-person consultations, presentations, and fittings (travel required for a few days each month).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Friendly Diamonds' products, including lab-grown diamonds and sustainable jewelry offerings.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to fulfill orders and address customer queries.
Track and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle post-sale follow-ups, including feedback collection and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in the jewelry industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building client relationships.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within the USA for client meetings a few days each month (expenses covered by the company).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for jewelry and sustainability is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
