What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and implement end-to-end technical presales engagements for electrical design software
Deliver product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops tailored to customer needs
Serve as the technical authority throughout the sales cycle, addressing questions from stakeholders
Partner with Sales Reps and agencies to drive opportunities and provide technical feedback on proposals
Support pipeline development through CRM-driven opportunity management and accurate forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Automation Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent sales engineering experience
3+ years of experience in presales, application engineering, or technical sales within relevant sectors
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, panel design, and manufacturing workflows
Proven experience delivering technical demonstrations to engineering and executive audiences
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with CAD/CAE, ECAD, or electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical or similar
Willingness to learn panel shop automation machines and collaborate on combined software and machine sales
