Senior Account Executive (Strategic / Enterprise Sales)

About Us We are a locally owned SpeedPro studio specializing in large-format printing, branded environments, and visual communications for corporate, institutional, and national clients.

Our work goes far beyond basic printing—we partner with brands to transform spaces, support events, and deliver high-impact visual solutions.

Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue through the acquisition and growth of high-value, strategic accounts.

This is a performance-driven, outside sales role for an experienced professional who brings an existing network and a proven ability to close large, consultative deals. You will be responsible for developing your own pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close enterprise-level and high-value accounts

Leverage your existing relationships and industry network to generate new business

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and account expansion

Identify and sell comprehensive solutions, including:

Branded environments

Wall murals & office graphics

Event and experiential signage

Multi-location programs

Build long-term partnerships and secure repeat business

Maintain and manage pipeline activity within CRM

Qualifications Required:

5+ years of B2B sales experience

Proven track record of closing $10K–$100K+ deals

Experience selling to corporate clients, agencies, or institutions

Strong prospecting and business development skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Preferred:

Experience in wide-format printing, signage, commercial interiors, or experiential marketing

Existing book of business or established industry relationships

Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000 – $80,000+ (based on experience)

Uncapped commission (OTE: $100K – $200K+)

Performance-based bonuses
