SentiLink is a technology company building fast, accurate identity verification solutions for the United States.

We operate as a digital‑first organization with offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, Gurugram, and Bengaluru. Remote work is available, but some roles, including this one, are hybrid or in‑office depending on the location of the employee.

Role This is an open‑ended, product‑oriented hiring track for individuals who can identify high‑impact product opportunities, articulate their value, and lead them from idea to execution.

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of a high‑impact product or business initiative and drive it from concept through execution.

Define and validate new product opportunities.

Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies.

Lead cross‑functional development across engineering, data, GTM, and operations.

Own product direction, execution, and outcomes.

Partner closely with leadership to prioritize and resource new initiatives.

Build 0→1 products or scale early‑stage bets.

New GTM motions tied to product innovation

Who We’re Looking For

Builders with deep experience in financial services, eager to move from identifying problems to building solutions.

Highly analytical, structured thinkers who can break down ambiguous problems into clear opportunities.

Proven track record of driving complex initiatives end‑to‑end, influencing stakeholders, and using data to inform decisions.

Strong product instincts, capable of translating business problems into compelling product ideas and communicating them across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Operates with high ownership, moves quickly, and thrives in 0→1 environments.

Compensation $180,000 – $250,000 + equity + benefits (leveling and compensation determined based on experience, scope, and the nature of the opportunity defined through your pitch).
