Responsibilities
Directly supervise wellness staff, including recruiting, hiring, evaluating, training, and counseling.
Complete nursing assessments and auxiliary evaluations of residents.
Oversee establishment of new residents’ care plans and physician orders, and conduct plan reviews with families on a regular basis.
Monitor and audit MAR and eMAR, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of resident data.
Coordinate services with home health, hospice, and other agencies.
Occasionally fulfill charge nurse duties to evaluate efficiencies, systems, and resident care.
Collaborate with the Executive and Sales Directors on coordinating move‑ins.

Qualifications
A valid LPN, LVN, or RN license.
At least 2 years of experience as a Director in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
Proven leadership skills, including building, training, and retaining quality teams.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
