Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, with the opportunity for some remote work. The Transaction Director will oversee the end-to-end management of real estate financing transactions while acting as a liaison between clients, lenders, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include drafting transaction documents, managing timelines, ensuring compliance and due diligence, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve any transaction-related challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to real estate financing and transaction management
Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Familiarity with mortgage market trends, regulatory compliance, and financial modeling
Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of real estate and mortgage documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and industry-specific tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
Experience in residential and/or commercial mortgage lending is highly desirable
