Executive Operations & Investor Relations Associate
Location: Hybrid - Boston or San Francisco Area

The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Operations & Investor Relations Associate to support executive operations and investor relations activities.
This role sits at the intersection of executive support and investor relations, partnering closely with the CEO and the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (who leads Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Patient Advocacy and New Product Planning). You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of executive priorities, investor engagement, and key external activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience supporting senior leaders who also has hands‑on experience in investor relations and is looking to deepen their impact in a highly visible, external‑facing role.
What You’ll Do Executive Operations
Manage complex and dynamic calendars
for the CEO and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, ensuring alignment with key priorities and proactive planning
Provide administration support including meeting logistics, travel and expense report management for the CEO and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer
Work closely with the CEO to manage scheduling and logistics for executive team and board of director meetings
Partner with the CEO and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer to
prepare and share agendas and materials
for key internal and external meetings
Liaise with Legal and Finance to process vendor service agreements and open purchase orders, and provide ongoing budget monitoring support
Investor Relations
Coordinate and schedule investor meetings for the executive team, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Engage with high‑profile investors and their teams with a high degree of professionalism and work seamlessly with the internal Damora admin team supporting other executives
Plan and manage logistics for investor conferences, roadshows, and other external meetings, including coordination of logistics including travel; track and manage calendar of planned investor events
Provide coordination and logistics support around key investor activities, including investor calls (e.g., quarterly financial results) and events (e.g., J.P. Morgan conference), maintaining project plans, timelines, stakeholder inputs and deliverables
Maintain and continuously update the
investor meeting tracker , including detailed records of interactions and follow‑ups
What You’ll Bring
5–7+ years of experience in a combination of executive support and
investor relations
(e.g., IR coordination, IR associate, EA supporting an IR function)
Direct experience supporting investor relations activities, such as investor meeting coordination, earnings preparation cycles, investor communications, or maintaining IR trackers and materials
Working knowledge of how investor relations functions operate, including cadence of earnings, investor engagement, and external communications
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high‑priority activities simultaneously
Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating senior‑level meetings
High attention to detail and ability to execute with precision
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Comfort working with data, trackers, and external research tools
Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
Experience in biotech, healthcare, or a public company environment is strongly preferred
