We are seeking a strategic, execution‑focused Senior Manager of Demand Generation to serve as the architect and operator of our North American demand generation engine. In this role you will drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across multiple verticals by leveraging ABM, content marketing, and multi‑channel campaigns.
Responsibilities
Scale the demand generation engine for designated verticals using ABM, content marketing, and integrated campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue through our direct sales model.
Design and execute data‑driven campaigns across multiple channels—email, events, digital and emerging platforms—with clear focus on ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
Build 12‑month strategic plans and execute campaigns 3+ months ahead, staying proactive while remaining agile to test new tactics and emerging technologies.
Create and manage sophisticated lead‑nurturing programs that engage prospects at every stage of the buyer’s journey.
Own messaging strategy for key verticals, understanding what resonates with each industry and translating that into campaigns that accelerate deal velocity.
Partner strategically with outsourced lead‑generation vendors and our internal SDR team to ensure alignment across the entire lead funnel and optimise conversion at each stage.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure Salesforce and marketing automation tools are optimised for tracking, reporting and seamless lead management.
Qualifications
5+ years of demand generation or integrated marketing experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS companies (fintech experience a bonus).
5+ years of proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth.
Proven experience selling into or marketing to the C‑suite (CFO, Controllers or VP Finance); deep understanding of executive‑level buyer decision‑making.
Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and execute campaigns across multiple verticals, with preference for construction, manufacturing, professional services or hospitality.
Deep hands‑on experience with direct sales models—understanding the unique dynamics of supporting direct sales organisations and optimising the lead funnel accordingly.
Strong expertise in lead generation metrics, funnel optimisation and channel performance analysis.
Proven track record managing agencies and creating compelling content while writing impactful messaging yourself.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with high emotional intelligence; you inspire talent while maintaining a player‑coach mentality.
U.S. legal work authorisation (position only available to those within the U.S.).
Location & Compensation Remote (U.S. only)
Base salary starting at $100,000 + bonus (higher salary considered for highly qualified candidates).
