Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid || 4 Days Onsite and 1 Day Remote)

Job Description:
Our client is seeking two experienced Oracle ERP Applications Analysts to support and enhance their enterprise applications environment.
This is a hands‑on techno‑functional role requiring strong experience across both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, working closely with functional users and technical teams to resolve issues, support ongoing operations, and drive continuous improvements.
This role requires collaboration with an onsite team and does not follow an offshore ticketing model.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a techno‑functional resource supporting Oracle ERP applications (EBS and Fusion Cloud)
Support, maintain, and enhance Supply Chain and Finance modules
Contribute to ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects
Configure Oracle modules and support integrations across systems
Provide backend support using SQL and assist with reporting and dashboarding needs
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
Troubleshoot application issues and work collaboratively to drive resolution
Support cross‑functional initiatives and ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
Qualifications:
Hands‑on experience with both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Strong techno‑functional background (not a purely technical developer role)
Experience supporting or implementing Supply Chain and Finance modules
Understanding of inventory and supply chain concepts
Experience with integrations and configuration across Oracle ERP modules
Solid SQL skills and familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
Well‑rounded experience with the ability to contribute to both functional and technical discussions
