Our client located in Chicago, IL is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Director to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Strong focus on culture, engagement, development and DE&I
Oversee Talent Acquisition strategy including metrics and retention
Management of all employee relation issues and investigations
Partner with management on strategic HR initiatives
Maintain company compliance with state and federal laws
Responsible for succession planning, leadership development, HR communications and compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, with 7+ years of progressive HR experience
Supervisory experience a must
Bilingual English and Spanish required
This role is Hybrid – 4 days onsite and one day work from home
