Job Title:
Director of Southern European Sales - Electronic Components
Location:
Must be based in Italy (ideally Milan) + open to extensive European travel
Irving Knight are partnered with a global manufacturer and distributor of electronic components looking to add a Director of Southern European Sales to help drive growth across their Key Account Team in Italy, France, Netherlands, and Spain.
Responsibilities
Managing a team of 8 Key Account Managers across Europe
Create a strategic growth plan across assigned territories ensuring profitable revenue growth YoY
Lead and support the execution to target account plans - leader in high-value customer meetings with the ability to provide high-level technical and commercial support
Supporting both key distribution partners and high-ticket OEM accounts across Europe
Must have experience
Managing and leading results driven successful sales teams across Europe with at least 5 direct reports
Technical understanding of electronic and/or industrial components with B2B field sales experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
Must be able to speak Italian and English (additional French & German is highly preferred)
