Motiva USA, LLC (Establishment Lab’s American Division) is seeking Surgical Sales Representatives to join this high‑growth, international company as we launch a significant revolution transforming the women’s aesthetics industry.

About The Role The Sales Associate Representative supports the sales team in promoting and selling the Motiva USA portfolio to plastic surgeons. This role involves managing operational duties within the region, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. This is a remote role; we will consider candidates located in Orange County and Southern California.

Role Responsibilities

Manage product availability and logistics by tracking inventory levels and coordinating shipments and returns to ensure timely deliveries and minimize stock issues.

Support territory planning by assisting with account segmentation and sales forecasting to help maximize sales opportunities within assigned territories.

Assist with sales presentations by using approved materials to present products to surgeons, promoting product understanding and interest.

Collaborate on lead generation by working closely with sales representatives to identify, qualify, and follow up on leads, driving sales growth and customer acquisition.

Support marketing programs by educating practices and executing promotional initiatives that convert patients to Motiva and enhance overall brand visibility.

Provide practice development support by training front desk teams and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs), as well as executing consumer‑facing programs to improve patient engagement and practice performance.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain in‑depth product knowledge by staying up to date on portfolio features, clinical benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate product value.

Support surgeon training by assisting with product demonstrations and providing on‑site procedure support to ensure accurate and appropriate product utilization.

Ensure compliance by adhering to company policies, using MLR‑approved materials, and following all applicable regulations to maintain ethical standards and policy adherence.

Requirements

Experience and training in sales.

Ability to be credentialed and work in an OR setting (this person will be assisting and observing surgeries).

Bachelor’s Degree.

Hands‑on and proactive attitude.

Able to work within an evolving environment.

Ability to manage all administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Ability to work independently.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required.

Strong communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Able to work with a team as well as independently in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Program/Project execution experience.

Salary Range For roles based in jurisdictions that require pay transparency (including California, Washington, Hawaii, New York, and Colorado), the expected annual base pay for this position is $70,000 – $100,000. This reflects our current assessment of the role. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, and work location. The range may be updated over time.
