We’re partnering with a mission-driven organization in Western Massachusetts that’s hiring an experienced Real Estate Attorney with real courtroom exposure to support housing and community-focused legal work.
This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable appearing in court, managing active cases, and working directly with internal teams.
What you’ll do
Handle housing-related litigation and appear regularly in MA courts Manage cases involving landlord-tenant matters and housing program disputes Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents Support housing development and program contracts Advise on compliance and regulatory issues tied to affordable housing programs Partner with program staff through hands-on legal guidance and training What we’re looking for
Massachusetts Bar admission Comfort managing cases independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Background in housing, real estate, nonprofit, or regulated settings preferred Why this role
