Graduate from our Agent Launch program, attending a 86‑day intensive that covers everything you need to succeed. Work with sellers to conduct listing appointments, convert leads, and market properties. Provide detailed written feedback on clients’ search criteria. Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients. Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments, and convert prospects. Conduct at least three open houses each month. Participate in team activities, weekly group coaching, and partner calls. Track tasks and activities using PLACE technology. Qualifications
Real Estate license. People‑oriented, driven, and positive attitude. Willingness to drive extensively and show up to the office 3+ days a week. Strong communicator with excellent time‑management skills. Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and overcome objections. Desire to grow personally and professionally and give back to the community. High school graduate, coachable, and ambitious. Equipment
