Compensation For lead the max comp is 140k/annum. For senior tester: 125k/annum.
Test Lead
Strategy & Planning: Define end-to-end testing strategies, test plans, scenarios, and data management for Consumer Goods Cloud and Retail Execution.
Functional Testing: Lead testing of Retail Execution features: store visits, surveys, image capture, planogram checks, and inventory management.
Automation & Tools: Design and implement automated testing scripts, utilizing tools like Confluence, Tosca/Tricentis.
Lead & Governance: Provide technical leadership to QA teams, manage defect triage meetings, and offer sign-off for releases.
Integration Testing: Test data flows between CG Cloud and external systems such as ERP or CRM.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Experience: 9+ years in Salesforce testing, with at least 1-2 years specifically within the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, validation rules, profiles) and familiarity with Apex/LWC for functional testing.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to work with developers and business stakeholders.
Functional Tester - Senior
