
Revenue Operations Director

Reports to: VP, Strategic Finance & Business Operations
Position Summary Netgain is seeking an analytical, process-oriented, and systems-fluent Director of Revenue Operations to own and optimize the full revenue funnel—aligning marketing, sales, customer success, and finance to accelerate growth. This role is pivotal in building a predictable, scalable, and insight-rich revenue engine. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in HubSpot and understands how to drive operational efficiency and alignment across go-to-market functions.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Lead the design and continuous optimization of the end-to-end revenue funnel across Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
Align GTM teams around shared KPIs, SLAs, and definitions (e.g., MQL, SQL, closed-won).
Drive operating cadence for pipeline reviews, forecasting, and funnel analysis.
Systems Ownership
Serve as the administrator and power user of HubSpot
Optimize HubSpot configuration, workflows, and integrations.
Evaluate and implement RevOps tools to support pipeline management, lead scoring, attribution, and automation.
Data & Reporting
Build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights to GTM and executive teams.
Own the accuracy and integrity of revenue data, including forecasting models, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
Process Improvement
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document scalable revenue processes.
Identify bottlenecks and implement automation or operational fixes to improve conversion rates and cycle times.
Rethink and redesign go-to-market and revenue operations workflows using AI, challenging legacy, pre-AI constraints to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years in Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company with $25-75mm of ARR
2+ years at a leading management consulting firm or investment bank would be viewed favorably.
Expert-level experience with Hubspot
Ability to identify AI use cases and re-architect workflows with strong judgment around controls, data quality, and change management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of GTM strategy, funnel metrics, sales processes, and lead lifecycle management
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and finance
Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
