Overview As a

Remote Customer Sales Representative , you will connect with individuals who are interested in learning more about insurance coverage options. Your role will focus on providing clear information, answering questions, and assisting clients through the enrollment process when appropriate.

Responsibilities

Speaking with individuals who have requested information about insurance coverage

Understanding each client’s situation and explaining available options clearly

Assisting clients throughout the enrollment process

Keeping accurate records of conversations and follow-up communication

Participating in team meetings and training sessions focused on skill development

Maintaining a professional and organized approach while working remotely
