Position Purpose With high‑level guidance from executive education leadership and in partnership with staff and faculty colleagues, plans and executes a world‑class client experience for in‑person, virtual, and hybrid executive education programs. Participates in client relationship management, developing strategies for program execution and improvements.

Tuck Executive Education (TEE) , you will provide essential logistical, administrative, and client service support, ensuring that programs operate well and that the business leaders participating in our programs have a transformative learning experience. Key Accountabilities
Program development and logistical planning:
Manages logistical aspects of assigned executive education programs, including venue selection, accommodations, catering, facilities, A/V and IT needs, materials, and staffing, ensuring seamless execution of all logistical arrangements before, during, and after each program; collaborates with internal and external providers to secure necessary resources and services; works closely with business development and faculty colleagues to develop the program schedule and prepare classroom content; uses participant and client feedback and best practices to improve program delivery efficiency and overall experience; prepares and distributes program materials, participant communications, pre‑program information, and post‑program evaluations, maintaining accurate participant records through CRM and other digital tools.
Client experience:
Creates a professional, well‑organized, and high‑quality program experience that meets the same high level as the program content and embodies Tuck’s personal, connected, and transformative brand promise; serves as the primary point of contact for program participants, corporate clients, faculty, and other external partners during program deliveries; supports custom program client relationship management in partnership with business development colleagues; communicates effectively with internal colleagues and partners to relay program details and requirements; anticipates questions, needs, and issues and addresses them proactively to ensure a positive client experience.
Team collaboration and innovation:
Collaborates with executive education leadership to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance overall program success and may serve as project lead for particular initiatives; works cross‑functionally with executive education colleagues to ensure integration between program experience, marketing, sales, and operations; supports shared departmental functions such as service provider relationships, master calendar management, invoice processing, and process improvements; provides insights and recommendations based on industry trends and program evaluations.
Budget management:
Works closely with business development and finance colleagues to develop budgets for executive education programs; monitors expenses and ensures adherence to budgetary constraints; identifies cost‑saving opportunities without compromising program quality.
Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Significant experience and skill in planning and producing professional, multi‑day conferences, speaking engagements, education and training programs, and/or other events of similar complexity in a complex environment and involving clients with high expectations of client service.
Experience and skill in implementing, managing, and improving complex administrative process workflows and projects using digital tools for a high‑performing professional services team serving diverse internal and external constituencies.
Strong project management and planning skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively at a high operational tempo.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to foster positive relationships with participants, corporate clients, faculty members, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in liberal arts, business or event management/hospitality and/or relevant work experience.
Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of program participants and alumni, faculty, and fellow colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications, and able to learn new digital tools as required by program needs.
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to facilitate programs while in session, and travel domestically or internationally as program needs require.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with customer relationship and/or learning management systems (e.g. Canvas) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
