What You’ll Do
We're looking for a Participant Experience Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide consulting services on best practice education strategies based on participant market research and client‑specific demographics to field service and sales force and clients through cost‑effective recommendations and innovative solutions.
Promote, educate, and communicate participant education product offering and story to field sales and service, advisors, plan sponsors and key internal audiences.
Apply participant market research and plan demographics to provide education strategies to our most complex institutional clients.
Independently research, develop and coordinate sophisticated, high‑impact solutions/opportunities related to business needs.
Who You Are
4+ years of related work experience such as Qualified Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); includes investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Effectively communicate technical features of qualified retirement plan products.
Manage responsibilities effectively, be creative, and have good problem‑solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Travel is required (approximately 20‑30%).

Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non‑Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly):
$69,300 - $126,000 / year
The following locations are examples of market‑specific salary ranges across different geographies.
Wichita, KS: $69,300 - $94,500 / year
Des Moines, IA: $73,150 - $99,750 / year
Charlotte, NC: $77,000 - $105,000 / year
Chicago/Minneapolis: $84,700 - $115,500 / year
Los Angeles/New York City: $92,400 - $126,000 / year
Benefits Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short‑term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
Location This role is open to remote work or hybrid work (3 days in office) for those within 30 miles of Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC.
