Overview
We are seeking a Political Programmatic Operations Specialist to support political programmatic advertising deals. This role partners closely with Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations to ensure accurate deal intake, smooth setup, pacing, and ongoing troubleshooting across programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals, is detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced political advertising environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage deal intake and submission for all Political Programmatic deals
Monitor Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) pacing, performance, and troubleshoot delivery issues
Monitor and troubleshoot PMP deals to ensure optimal delivery
Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to validate deal details, pricing, targeting, and timelines
Collaborate with Ad Operations teams to ensure deals are set up accurately and aligned with established SLAs
Identify and resolve delivery, pacing, and setup discrepancies proactively
Maintain clear documentation and communication across cross‑functional teams
Required Qualifications Experience supporting Programmatic Advertising operations
Hands‑on experience with Political Programmatic deals
Strong understanding of PG (Programmatic Guaranteed) and PMP workflows
Ability to troubleshoot pacing, delivery, and setup issues
Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, AM, and AdOps teams
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Comfortable working onsite 4 days per week
Preferred Skills Experience in political advertising or political media buying
Familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, and programmatic platforms
Ability to work under tight deadlines during political cycles
