Mouthology is redefining oral care with science-backed, fluoride-free toothpaste powered by nano-hydroxyapatite. We're rapidly scaling our e-commerce operations across DTC and TikTok Shop channels with a lean, high-performing team. We're looking for entrepreneurial self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of outcomes, and leverage AI to work smarter and faster. We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own multi-channel marketing operations and drive scalable, profitable growth for Mouthology. You'll manage TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, and Meta campaigns while working closely with our Head of E-Commerce to improve unit economics and scale revenue. Responsibilities

Affiliate & Creator Pipeline (Full Ownership)

Own the entire creator/affiliate lifecycle from prospecting to content delivery Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates and creators Obtain Spark Codes, collect creator content, and build organized content library Track performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV) and optimize partnership mix Repurpose top-performing TikTok affiliate content for Meta ads (primary creative source) Collaborate on systematic weekly creative testing cycles with Head of E-Commerce Build feedback loop between Meta performance and creator briefs to generate winning ads TikTok Shop & Shop Ads

Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, promotions, and flash sales Set up, optimize, and scale TikTok Shop Ads campaigns to hit revenue targets Paid Media (Meta)

Execute day-to-day Meta campaign management and optimizations Launch creative tests, adjust budgets and targeting to improve CPA, ROAS, CAC Collaborate with Head of E-Commerce on overall strategy and testing roadmap Requirements

3-5 years experience in performance marketing, preferably in DTC Proven track record managing TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, and affiliate programs Proven track record profitably scaling Meta campaigns (share specific ROAS/CPA achievements) AI-native mindset: actively using AI tools to increase productivity Strong analytical skills - translate data into scalable action Experience in health/beauty/consumables preferred Strategic thinking combined with a roll-up-your-sleeves execution mindset A bias for action, ownership, and moving fast without sacrificing quality Bonus Points

Experience with subscription e-commerce and Shopify Experience with Klaviyo Knowledge of health/beauty compliance requirements (especially oral care) Experience with creator management platforms (GRIN, Insense) What We Offer
