Eligibility Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program. Students graduating in May 2026 are not eligible for the program.
Duration Paid, 9-week internship.
Schedule 40 hours per week, with the exception of the week of July 4th.
Program Dates June 9, 2025 — First day of onsite orientation. August 13, 2025 — Final day of the program.
Location Hybrid role based in Austin, TX. In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote: Monday and Friday.
Interviews Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis through March 31st.
About The Role As a
Sales Analyst Intern
on the Revenue Operations team, you’ll help analyze and improve how revenue flows through the business—from lead generation to closed deals to customer retention and expansion. You’ll work closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success partners to turn GTM data into insights that improve forecasting, funnel performance, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone interested in analytics, SaaS revenue models, and how data supports go-to-market strategy.
What will you be doing?
Analyze end-to-end revenue funnel performance, including leads, pipeline, bookings, retention, and expansion
Build and maintain dashboards and reports used by Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
Write SQL queries to pull and validate data from CRM and data warehouse sources
Support forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and quota/coverage reporting
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in GTM processes and surface actionable insights
Partner with RevOps stakeholders to define metrics and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Assist with ad-hoc analysis related to territory planning, campaign performance, and customer segmentation
What are we looking for?
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and datasets
Experience with SQL and Excel (or Google Sheets)
Interest in revenue metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, churn, ARR/MRR)
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
High attention to detail and a desire to understand how systems and processes connect
What will make you stand out?
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models
Experience with Python for analysis or automation
Coursework or projects involving business or revenue analytics
Located in or near the Austin, Texas area
