Job Title Account Executive, Enterprise

Location Remote - East Coast

Reports to RVP, Sales

A Quick Snapshot As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Conga, you’ll have the opportunity to sell mission‑critical and transformational projects to organizations of significant value. You’ll work closely with Conga Core Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development & the Customers. Central aspects of the role include creating a strong territory strategy, integrating multiple resources (Business & Sales Development), prospecting, collaborating with RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales & Operations executives, and co‑selling with Core Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Source new logos and expand current customers through up‑sell and cross‑sell motions.

Exceed sales and prospecting quotas.

Perform deep discovery and align to multiple decision makers.

Build meaningful business relationships and grow pipeline.

Provide value to customers and create priority.

Why it’s a big deal Enterprise AEs drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships in a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

Champion of the customer: Understand that customers are business assets and commit to their success.

Strong prospecting experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas. Experience in SaaS and/or Salesforce ecosystem is an advantage.

Strategic mindset: Deep discovery, aligning to multiple decision makers, building relationships, developing and growing pipeline.

Drive / results: Dynamic, high‑performing, results‑driven sales professional who can learn, grow, and creatively find success.

Compensation & Benefits U.S. base salary range: $123,615 – $197,785 USD. In addition to base salary, Conga offers variable incentive pay, flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
