What You'll Bring

10+ years of experience leading complex, high‑impact partnerships in travel, hospitality, fintech, enterprise SaaS, marketplaces, or platform businesses

Proven track record structuring and scaling strategic partnerships that balance near‑term growth with long‑term trust, incentives, and leverage

Experience working with large, sophisticated partners (e.g., hotel groups, platforms, enterprise customers, technology partners, or ecosystem players) at the executive level

Strong commercial judgment with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs across growth, economics, risk, and durability

Comfort engaging on platform‑ and technology‑adjacent topics (e.g., integrations, workflows, enablement models) without owning product roadmaps or architecture

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functionally through influence in matrixed, fast‑scaling organizations

Executive presence, clear communication, and sound decision‑making under ambiguity
