We’re expanding—and we’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to own our newly created territory across Tennessee and Kentucky.
Travel Expect a flexible schedule with approximately 80% overnight travel.
Essential Duties
Represent Midland with professionalism and integrity while driving sales excellence
Accelerate revenue growth by engaging new prospects and strengthening existing customer relationships
Build and execute a territory plan designed to surpass sales goals and support company growth
Deliver dynamic product presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our solutions
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, pricing, and sales materials
Showcase new products and services to customers, contractors, architects, and key decision‑makers
Lead educational presentations for groups across the territory
Participate in trade shows, contractor events, and Parade of Home engagements
Resolve customer issues with confidence and recommend proactive improvements
Support warranty processes when needed
Strategically manage your account list, including visit frequency and follow‑up
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies
Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely invoice payments
Maintain a polished, professional image and a well‑kept company vehicle

Education and Experience High School or GED required, college degree preferred and 3-5 years of relevant sales and related industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above. Must possess a valid driver’s license and an MVR that qualifies per the auto insurance requirement.
