Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Guardz (Miami, FL area only) On Target Earnings Range: $100,000-110,000 Commission : $40,000 - $50,000 Outbound Operators is working with Guards to hire 2 Miami, FL-based Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our dynamic team (hybrid). As an SDR at Guardz, you will play a crucial role in our growth while advancing your own career in sales. Note: This is a hybrid in-office role - expect to be in the office up to 4 days/week Why Guardz? Learn more about Guardz here: https://guardz.com/ Role Overview: As an SDR at Guardz, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities with potential clients for the sales team. You will engage in new account outreach using cold calling as the main outbound prospecting methodology. Key Responsibilities: Engage and reach out to outbound prospects 25-40 cold call conversations per day Follow-up on time and will skill Work closely with Sales Managers to execute smooth sales pipeline transitions. Cross-department collaboration daily to achieve the team’s goals. Accurately manage and track lead records using the CRM and dialer platform. Display self-discipline, strong time management, and prioritization skills and focus on managing an intense and high volume of business effectively. Become an expert on Guardz’ platform and various tools to empower MSPs. Achieve monthly and quarterly goals, along with productivity levels as defined by the marketing team leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example. Excellent cold calling skills Exemplify the ability to articulate value propositions of the product to senior and director-level executives, as well as conduct customer calls and meetings.
