Sales Compliance Analyst

Overview Brightspeed is looking for detail-oriented and analytical Sales Compliance Analyst to support our sales operations by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical sales practices. You will play a key role in safeguarding our company's integrity while enabling a compliant and effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Monitoring sales activities and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Conducting audits of sales transactions and customer interactions to identify potential compliance risks

Collaborating with Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to implement and refine compliance procedures

Investigating and reporting any non-compliant behavior, working with stakeholders on remediation

Assisting with the development and delivery of compliance training programs for sales personnel

Supporting regulatory and internal audits by providing required documentation and data

Staying current with relevant laws and regulations affecting sales practices (e.g., anti-bribery laws, industry-specific rules)

Preparing compliance reports and dashboards for leadership

Qualifications WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or sales operations (experience in a sales-driven environment preferred)

Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, legal regulations, and ethical standards

Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Travel not required but may be available, depending on business needs

BONUS POINTS FOR:

Experience in field sales compliant sales and procedures

Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FCPA, GDPR, or industry-specific compliance frameworks
