The ideal candidate is one who canbring to the table the right mix of work ethic and integrity, and who enjoysthe idea of a career that centers around helping people.

Although experienced insuranceagents are welcome to apply,

noexperience is necessary

. In fact, we've seen great success with people coming from other industries.

It might seem strange that acompany specializing in various financial services would be looking outside of"experienced" reps, but we've found so much success taking peoplefrom other industries like

bartenders,servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and former military

,and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed indexannuities) that we've decided to lean hard in that direction.

Also, although we operate from a home office, we do ultimately meetclients in person for our appointments.

Requirements Job Requirements:

This is a commission sales role with weekly pay schedule

Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (20 hour online self-study course)
