Pay Range : USD $55,151.00 - USD $66,447.00 /Yr.
STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum) : 5.00 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacists
Work Schedule Description : M-F 8am to 5pm

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Rebate Account Specialist II to join our team! The Rebate Account Specialist II is responsible for analyzing, understanding and implementing PBM to GPO and pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate submission and reconciliation processes. This individual will work closely with the Manager of Rebate Operations to ensure complete, accurate and timely audit of eligible claim data for rebate invoicing. In addition, the Rebate Account Specialist II will work with the IRC Contracting/strategy team to ensure rebate submission standards are met. The Rebate Account Specialist II will also reconcile rebate payments and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Responsibilities
Oversees multiple complex rebate setups following the batch formulary listing with minimal oversight
Reviews GPO strategy and pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts to accurately set up and maintain parameters in the rebate processing system
Submits quarterly rebate reports to applicable pharmaceutical manufacturers
Collects rebate payments from manufacturer, either directly or through the GPO, on a timely basis according to contract terms, and audits these for accuracy
Communicates with Pharma or GPO on payment discrepancies and makes necessary changes in rebate processing system to ensure any errors have been corrected
Works with Finance in the allocation and processing of client rebate payments
Serves as direct contact for drug company representatives or with IRC Contracting team (GPO issues) in information exchange and problem resolution
Able to read and comprehend client formularies/PA forms as they relate to rebate contracts and GPO strategy.
Supports testing of rebate invoicing application enhancements

Qualifications
Associate's degree or CPhT required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pharmacy or Medical Claims Processing, Trade or Industry Relations, or Drug Claim Analysis required
Proficient in Word and Excel (intermediate level)
Experience working in a remote setting preferred
Pharmacy experience (including drug names, classes and terminology) preferred
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
