Job Details Qualifications Needed:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lift/material handling equipment sales

At least 3 years of experience managing sales professionals

Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership skills

Proven ability to drive regional sales growth, exceed targets, and develop high-performing teams

Comfortable with regular regional travel

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and manage the regional business plan and sales strategies aligned with company goals

Drive profitable sales of new, used, and rental lift equipment across assigned territories

Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development for field and inside sales teams

Oversee P&L, budgets, and inventory planning to meet financial goals

Act as primary liaison with manufacturers and vendors to maintain competitive pricing and product knowledge

Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy

Conduct performance reviews, recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent within the region

Lead customer presentations, proposals, quotations, and pricing packages
