Position Heritage Insurance Services , a member of TCP LLC, a fully owned subsidiary of Great American Insurance Group, is seeking a
Commercial Lines Account Representative.
Heritage Insurance is an insurance affiliate of American Financial Group, the parent company of Great American Insurance Group. The agency provides a variety of insurance packages while serving the needs of musicians, instrument dealers, and the general community. Heritage’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships.
Employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Manages day‑to‑day client needs including policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing inquiries, and claims support.
Coordinates with Account Managers and Producers to prepare renewals, proposals, and coverage summaries.
Maintains strong relationships with clients by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and solutions‑oriented service.
Collaborates with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve issues, and process endorsements.
Ensures all client information is accurately maintained in the agency management system.
Monitors policy expirations and proactively assists with renewal processes and supports the onboarding of new clients and assists with account setup and documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Property & Casualty Agent License required.
Generally, 2 to 5 years of commercial lines experience.
Experience with AMS360 preferred.
Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail‑oriented, able to work in a deadline‑driven environment, and be able to self‑manage flow of work with multiple competing tasks.
Performs work under limited supervision.
