Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Time & Labor (OTL). This role involves implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of HCM modules, with additional exposure to Payroll. The ideal candidate is a strong functional expert with good technical knowledge, capable of working closely with business users and resolving system issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Absence Management (plans, accruals, eligibility)
Configure and manage Time & Labor (OTL), including time entry, rules, and approvals
Provide production support across Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules
Gather requirements and collaborate with business users on functional solutions
Troubleshoot issues related to Fast Formulas, Absence calculations, and Payroll processing
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for business needs
Manage data loads and integrations using HDL and HCM Extracts
Support system integrations with internal and third-party applications
Participate in SIT/UAT testing and production releases
Create user documentation and provide end-user training
Required Skills
Strong experience in: Oracle Cloud Absence Management (Primary), and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
Hands‑on experience with: Fast Formulas (must-have), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and HCM Extracts
Strong troubleshooting skills (functional + technical)
Experience working with HCM integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Basic support knowledge of Payroll
