$108,090.00 – $175,000.00 Job Description

Enlighten is looking for an experienced Product Owner to support operations and growth strategy with a focus on U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and the Defensive Cyber Operations command at Fort Gordon, GA. The role includes project management and DevSecOps support, training and adoption of analytics and applications for the government‑owned Big Data Platform (BDP), and on‑site presence 2–3 days/week. Up to 25% travel may be required. Essential Job Responsibilities

Establish, foster and strengthen relationships between the company and targeted government customers. Lead analytic and application development to integrate production capabilities into daily operations. Serve as the SME for Army operational BDP capabilities and operationalize them. Gather data and software requirements from Army customer leads and create development roadmaps. Champion company technology and capabilities. Provide leadership updates on project status and customer engagements. Influence government decision‑making regarding data and software development. Develop operational roadmaps and action plans with the Customer Experience Group (CEG). Expand future opportunities and document opportunities in the CEG pipeline tools. Maintain customer relationships and market intelligence. Develop an external network of solution partners and providers. Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering departments. Own the customer experience success from start to finish. Act as the focal point to push capabilities to the customer. Additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required. 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data; or 7 years relevant experience with a Master’s; or 13 years relevant experience. Prior government or military experience with MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber. Experience directly managing complex technical projects and programs. Understanding of budget practices and acquisitions shop. Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills. Excellent interviewing and active listening skills. Full lifecycle business development participation. Excellent organizational and detail orientation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel up to 25%, sometimes on short notice. Availability to work on customer site 2–3 days a week at Fort Gordon, GA or the Georgia Cyber Center. Preferred Requirements

Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering and Cyber Security. Technical background to determine system requirements and collaborate on design and estimating.
