As a Field Sales Associate you will be responsible for growing revenue through the sale of Land.com solutions in a specific geographic territory. You will become an industry expert in the Land.com Network – which comprises Land.com, Land & Farm, and LandWatch. This role is home‑based, but the candidate must be based in Pennsylvania and close to an airport.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing a detailed business plan to manage and grow revenue opportunities from within an existing book of business and with new prospects.
Understanding the value of Land.com products and pricing, as well as competitive offerings, and articulating the advertising of Land in a manner meaningful to our customers.
Selling the value of Land.com products to prospects by explaining how our solutions will meet their needs and improve their business, using cold calling, consultative selling, and group presentations.
Delivering high‑quality customer service and client retention through client visits, training, and proper onboarding of new customers.
Managing a sales pipeline, activity metrics, and monthly sales forecasts.
40% overnight travel within a specific geographic territory.
Basic Qualifications
A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college or university.
Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.
4+ years of successful sales experience managing a territory, preferably in a business‑to‑business environment.
A strong record of providing outstanding customer service in prior roles.
Success in developing new business relationships and managing an existing client base.
Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and proficiency in GA4 – Google Analytics 4 is a plus, but not required.
