Regional Sales Manager, Refrigeration Systems
Remote – available for the Atlanta, GA / Dallas, USA / Minneapolis, MN regions.
The Impact You'll Make Danfoss, a global leader in HVAC/R, Industrial Automation, and Motion Controls, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager in its Food Retail sales vertical. This role will grow sales and market share across existing accounts and generate new business with new accounts. The individual will have end-to-end responsibility for sales pursuits, collaborating across all departments and senior leadership at our customers, and leveraging resources across the organization to secure opportunity wins. This is a fully remote position with no sponsorship or relocation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan for growth within the Food Retail vertical.
Cultivate and expand existing key accounts; identify new business opportunities with non‑Danfoss accounts in the designated region.
Strengthen relationships at C‑suite level with existing and new key accounts.
Participate and engage in monthly business dialogue meetings and communicate internally with all stakeholders on business requirements for growth.
Develop and maintain the Danfoss value proposition.
Manage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales or equivalent experience.
More than five years of sales experience.
Strong business acumen.
C‑Level management experience.
Understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC/R industries.
Capacity to work with and through others in a matrixed organization.
Salesforce or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of the English language.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Salary Range Disclaimer:
The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000; actual salaries will vary by factors including location, experience, and performance. The salary range represents only one component of the total compensation package.
