Job Overview
Now Hiring for bilingual Customer Service Representatives (call center experience required) with fluent English and Spanish. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, paid at $16.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Make approximately 14 outbound calls per hour, remaining 100% on the phone during each shift.
Verify insurance with agents (e.g., ensure deductions are not excessive).
Upload information to the company’s internal website.
Leave scripted messages when insurance agents do not answer the phone.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
Residency and work location in the United States (VPN verification required).
Shift Information Three weeks of training from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, followed by a regular shift Monday to Friday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm CST.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour.
