Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Full-time, Exempt

Salary:

$57,000 - $93,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on several job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary Osaic is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist who has in depth experience with 401(k) and NQDC (Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation) (457) plans. Process and detail-oriented skills are important as you manage the plan design and administration required to support these plans. Knowledge of the regulatory and audit requirements is important to be successful in this role. Experience partnering with external vendors on employee communication and ability to speak knowledgeably with employees and leaders is critical.

Education Requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred. Associated degree, high school diploma with significant job experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities Retirement Plan Administration

Manage and administer 401(k), and multiple NQDC retirement plans

Ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., ERISA, IRS, DOL rules)

Coordinate with plan providers and third-party administrators

Plan Education & Communication

Develop and deliver educational materials and sessions on retirement planning in coordination with our record keepers

Communicate plan changes, deadlines, and financial wellness resources

Data Management & Reporting

Manage data requirements for contributions, distributions, and plan participation

Prepare reports for HR, finance, and regulatory bodies.

Support transition of retirement plans from incoming acquisitions

Process Management

Document and maintain internal and external vendor processes

Compliance & Audits

Ensure 401(k) and NQDC plans meet legal and regulatory requirements

Support internal and external audits related to 401(k) and NQDC plans

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with investment advisors, actuaries, and benefits consultants

Basic Requirements

3-5 years' experience in retirement plan administration

Bachelor's degree is preferred. Associated degree, high school diploma with significant job experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Experience working with Retirement plan vendors such as Vanguard, Fidelity, etc. (plus)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Analytical mindset. Process oriented

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

MS Office Suite including Excel and the ability to create and work in spreadsheets
