Work Schedule Hybrid: 3 in-person days at one of our core locations (Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; Hyattsville, MD; Mauldin, SC) and 2 remote days.

Required Authorization Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Primary Purpose The Sr. Retail Media Salesforce Specialist is responsible for the integrity of data inputs across our CRM (Salesforce) and OMS (Placements.IO) systems for the AD Retail Media network. Data governance is essential to ensure accurate data, regulate the Salesforce Order to Cash cycle—from contact and account creation to opportunity inputs to invoice revisions—and provide reliable data for pipeline management, sales metrics, category sales, and leadership reporting. The specialist develops data governance strategies, creates and maintains policies, standards, and best practices, and serves as a subject‑matter expert within the Retail Media organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and lead the implementation of best practices in data governance and master data management, establishing SOPs for sales and account management.

Provide data governance and data quality support and expertise across Retail Media.

Protect sensitive data by implementing policies, standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, and related tools.

Serve as a thought leader, representing ADUSA and expanding the Salesforce practice across other functional areas.

Ensure safeguards across all Retail Media data domains, including cleansing and creating conversion objects for data movement into test and production environments.

Offer subject‑matter expertise and market insight to educate and support business teams impacted by evolving specifications and standards.

Own all touchpoints of data accuracy and integrity through the Order to Cash cycle.

Ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce by the account management and sales team.

Validate and audit specific fields in Salesforce to prevent invoicing errors and meet reporting needs.

Manage auditing of created and locked opportunities from Account Management and IO record types.

Automate forecasting, revenue recognition, and reporting for the Account Management and Sales teams.

Assign Salesforce tasks to the Account Management team when errors are identified.

Address financial impacts of Salesforce, preventing backdating issues.

Collaborate with Sales Leadership to build and maintain the CRM database by creating new leads.

Build dashboards within CRM to facilitate reporting across various metrics and teams.

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform with experience supporting data governance and data integrity across an organization.

Experience supporting Retail Media Networks.

Ability to apply knowledge of systems, data, and customer requirements to uncover problems and recommend solutions.

Proven knowledge of data integration tools and ability to manage complex business ecosystems and high-volume data inputs.

Capability to support users, manage data, maintain security standards, and provide actionable insights and analytics tied to business.

Solid understanding of program and process development.

Ability to determine long‑term directions, industry trends, and their relevance to organizational needs.

Strong initiative and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Subject‑Matter Expert in Salesforce.

Strong experience with Placements.IO or similar planning tools.

Excellent interpersonal skills (interacting with internal and external partners & stakeholders).

Strong data management expertise.

Bachelor's Degree.

Salary Range

ME/NC/PA/SC: $92,640 - $138,960

IL/MA/MD/NY: $106,480- $159,720

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on unique qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
