Primary Responsibilities Quantinno is seeking an exceptionally talented Investor Relations professional to join our fast-growing firm. This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced investment environment. The Investor Relations team is responsible for the firm’s growth strategy and client-facing activities. We anticipate the candidate will be highly involved in sales and marketing initiatives, helping to retain and expand our client base. The candidate will also be involved with all aspects of the team’s workstreams, including business operations, portfolio analytics, and trading coordination. This will be a highly entrepreneurial role in which the Associate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Engage in market research, outbound marketing initiatives, development of new products, meetings with investment teams, and client support

Lead the prospecting process and effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients and opportunities

Enhance operational efficiency across all areas of the firm, including trading, by identifying and implementing scalable process improvements

Develop tailored use-cases and compelling presentations aimed at attracting outside investment and expand our investor base

Respond to and manage inbound inquiries, delivering high-quality support to existing clients and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent

10+ years of experience in wealth/asset management, quantitative finance, and/or similar role

Excellent analytical ability and advanced Excel / PowerPoint

Strong communication skills and ability to meaningfully contribute to strategic dialogue

The salary range for this role will be between $175,000 and $225,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and other benefits eligible to employees. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience. This position follows a 4:1 hybrid work model, out of our New York City office.
