At Art of Drawers, the designers are the lifeblood of the company. They turn the frustrations and problems our clients have with their living spaces into a beautiful enjoyment of their homes.
What You Get

Listed pay of $80 to $120 per hour
Bonus Structure:
Monthly bonus based upon revenue per appointment
Flexible Schedule:
Set your schedule (e.g., I'm available Tuesdays - Thursdays)
Hybrid Remote:
90% in-home appointments and 10% work from home

What You'll Do
Conduct in-home design appointments
Upload leads, orders, estimates, and client designs/photos promptly
Take client deposits from each sale
Attend and participate in designer training and ongoing training from the Sales Director
Who You Are
In-home or residential sales experience (preferred)
Ability to quickly learn and accurately use technology, design/measure, gather, and document details
Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills
Friendly, competitive, and driven nature
